For every two regular button ads that your website serves as a HotCandle Button Exchange member, your site earns one button exposure on the Button Exchange network. For each click from your site, your site earns 20 exposures.

IMPORTANT: Your button needs to be in a gif or jpg format, needs to be 88 pixels wide by 31 pixels tall, and the file shouldn't be larger than 10kB. If your graphic is not exactly 88x31 in size, your button may look distorted when it is displayed on the Button Exchange network. Feel free to use animation. In fact, it's encouraged for higher click-thru's.

Your site will not get approved into the exchange unless you are the owner of the site. The link you provide to your site must be the index (root) of your site, not a sub-page or referral. An example of an acceptable link to a site is www.hotcandle.com. Examples of unacceptable links include www.hotcandle.com/someotherpage.html or www.notmydomain.com/track?refer=referlink
